All Arctic is honoured to have been extended an invitation to the Arctic Indigenous Investment Conference 2026 in Whitehorse, Yukon. All Arctic was Laureate of the Arctic Inspiration Prize 2026 (Youth Category). The North is faced with the geo-political reality of Arctic sovereignty threats, challenges, and opportunities. As a way to strengthen sovereignty, employment creation, and adaptation to new technologies, All Arctic has been on a journey to streamline opportunities for youth to access STEM and aviation career opportunities. In winning this prize, which is the biggest prize across the Canadian Arctic, we are now playing in the ring of airspace. The Arctic Drone Soccer Program is an Inuit-led youth initiative that uses drone soccer to introduce Inuit and northern youth to STEM, aviation, and drone technologies. The program blends hands-on learning, teamwork, and friendly competition to spark curiosity while building practical, future-oriented skills. Participants engage in workshops where they learn to build, code, repair, and safely operate drones while competing in drone soccer matches. This fosters technical proficiency, but also confidence, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving. The program will collaborate with local Air Inuit pilots, educators, and aviation and drone industry partners that connects youth learning to real-world applications and careers. College-aged Inuit participants will be trained as facilitators, creating employment pathways that recognize and value their skills while strengthening local program delivery. The program aims to inspire continued engagement in education and cultivate the next generation of Inuit-led innovation. Join us as we spend a few days with professionals, investors, government officials, and other Northerners around the topic of investment and infrastructure in the Arctic.
